I had prepared this presentation for a group of well performing & experienced project managers – who were currently managing engineering product development projects.
The purpose was to introduce them to the domain of Product Management with an objective of (a) providing information as an alternative career growth option (b) improving awareness on the domain and how this can help them manage projects better, and (c) from an organization’s perspective help in enabling higher level of product ownership across the team to help sustain higher customer satisfaction and business growth
